Job summary

BioLife in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy role. Shifts are 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week with early interview scheduling and advance schedule changes.

You will greet donors, screen and take vital signs, use our Donor Information System, coordinate donor compensation, and support center operations. Training is provided, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
