Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist in Harrisonburg, VA. You will greet donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety while supporting center operations. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided.

You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and report to the Plasma Center Manager. A high school diploma and the ability to stand for long periods are required; at least 1 year of customer-facing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
