Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure safety and experience.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes.
