Report to the Plasma Center Manager; you will screen new and repeat donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, while prioritizing donor safety. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Glove use due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
