Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Corpus Christi is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support to help operate our center. You will greet donors, perform vital signs, and record data while ensuring donor safety and privacy.

This role offers a flexible schedule, most shifts 4-6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. Training is paid and interactive, and you will join a team committed to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Prior experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
