Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations in Burleson, TX. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and maintain donor records with a focus on safety and service.

You will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure donor flow and compliance. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 32 lbs are required; prior donor experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy or donor screening experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain donor safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on service.
• Screen new and returning donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and accurate records in the information system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support center operations.
