Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Arlington, TX is seeking part-time staff to support plasma donor screening and phlebotomy duties. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, with most shifts 4 to 6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, and a commitment to reliable donor service.

You'll coordinate with the Plasma Center Manager, use donor information systems, and participate in an interactive training program. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support our donors and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs, occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
