Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support in Bolingbrook, IL. You will greet donors, screen them, take vital signs, and assist with center operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and use of the Donor Information System to manage donor records and compensation. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in a customer/patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and enforce donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and record, coordinate compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
