Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations. You will perform phlebotomy tasks, screen donors, and maintain donor records under the Plasma Center Manager's supervision. The role involves evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with a focus on safety and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to reach above shoulders and below knees, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist center operations.
• Support process improvements following approved procedures.
