Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time plasma center role focused on donor screening and phlebotomy. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

You will greet donors, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and support center operations. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for career growth within Takeda’s BioLife program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
