Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a part-time phlebotomy/ donor screener to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform finger sticks, record vitals, and maintain donor charts, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. The role emphasizes customer service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 4–6 hours/day, 3+ days/week, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Training is provided, and safety protocols are strictly followed in a busy plasma collection setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT licensure in California required.
• Part-time role with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Greet donors, answer phones, and maintain donor charts.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
• Be available for weekends, holidays, and varying shift schedules.
