Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.
• Able to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and records; report changes as needed.
• Support center operations and suggest improvements to center processes.
