Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/docket donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain accurate donor records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and center processes per approved procedures to identify improvements.
• Be available for donors across varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
