Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Tucson is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will interact with donors, collect safety data, and help maintain center operations.

This role offers a paid training program, flexible scheduling (4–6 hours per shift, 3+ days per week), and opportunities to gain healthcare experience while contributing to lifesaving medicines. Evening/weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and staff.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and support center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
