Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while prioritizing donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
