Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Avondale, AZ is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant to support center operations. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and use our Donor Information System while maintaining safety and quality. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
