Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services Findlay, OH is seeking a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with afternoon/evening availability and weekend coverage. Training is paid and foundational responsibilities focus on donor safety and service.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and clear communication to ensure smooth operations and high-quality donor experiences at the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• 1+ years of customer or patient-facing work is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
