Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Mentor, OH is seeking a truly part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. Most shifts run 4 to 6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and support plasma center operations by delivering high-quality donor care. Every day, you will answer phones, screen donors, record vital signs, use our information system, maintain donor charts, and coordinate compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer/patient facing role is helpful.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center processes.
• Identify operational improvements and implement changes per procedures.
