Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Mentor, OH is offering a truly part-time role with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week. Afternoons, evenings, and weekends may be required, with a paid interactive training program to start.

You will screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, while answering phones, documenting vital signs, and coordinating donor compensation. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to center safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
