Takeda is seeking a part-time Plasma Center Screener to support BioLife donors, perform phlebotomy tasks, and ensure donor safety. The role includes weekend and holiday shifts, with a focus on reliability and patient care.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to accurate donor records, chart preparation, and alignment with center procedures. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with benefits discussed during onboarding.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors with a friendly, safety-focused approach.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and support ongoing changes.
