Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support in Greenwood, IN. The role focuses on donor safety, accurate data entry, and high-quality patient service in a fast-paced center.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal of materials.
• Record donor data (vital signs, hematocrit, protein, weight) and enter into DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and assist with compensation using the Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements and process changes.
