Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Indiana is hiring part-time donor screeners with phlebotomy duties. You will greet donors, screen and monitor vital signs, and manage donor information in our system. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid training to get you started.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Careful attention to safety and glove use due to exposure risks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
