Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support. You will engage donors, perform screenings, and collect high-quality plasma on a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will maintain donor records and operate the Donor Information System with attention to safety and service. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on compassionate care, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional 32 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in customer/patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and keep accurate records.
• Identify operational improvements and implement center-process changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
