Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP, in Bismarck, ND, is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support to help collect high-quality plasma for medicines. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a donor screener and support phlebotomy to keep center operations running smoothly.

You’ll work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a paid, interactive training program to get you started. Join a patient-focused team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination and awareness of safety protocols.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove usage.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes.
