Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Bismarck, ND is hiring a part-time Medical Customer Service professional to screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support center operations. You will greet donors, take vital signs, document charts, and coordinate donor compensation while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs, with occasional 32–50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
