Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, and maintain donor charts using our system, while ensuring donor safety.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided. You’ll work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed, and contribute to a compassionate, efficient donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure risk.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new/repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist process improvements.
• Support donors on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
