Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in the United States (ND, Bismarck) seeks a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, coordinate donor charts, and ensure safety for donors and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 32 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
