Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support to join our team in North Dakota. Shifts are 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, with paid training and flexible scheduling. You will greet donors, perform screenings, and assist with donor compensation using our information system.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and patient-focused service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can work evenings, weekends and holidays, and can lift light materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor experience.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and support center processes.
