BioLife Plasma Services in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant. You will greet donors, ensure safety, and document vital signs while supporting center operations.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, with a focus on accurate records and donor care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
