Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is looking for dedicated individuals for part-time roles to work as plasma donor screeners. This job involves collecting high-quality plasma which contributes to life-changing medicines, and flexibility is key with shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days a week.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have excellent customer service skills, and be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The compensation starts at $16 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift.
• Prolonged glove wear required due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and ensure their safety during procedures.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
