Job summary

BioLife in Minnesota is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist. You will greet donors, perform donor screening and vital signs, and maintain accurate donor charts to support plasma center operations.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, work 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays; starting wage is $18.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits as described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.
• Must wear gloves for long tasks due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and apply approved procedures for center processes.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
