Job summary

BioLife is seeking part-time team members in Minnesota for plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Shifts run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training to start. You will greet donors, screen them for safety, and document vital signs to contribute to high-quality plasma collection.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining accuracy in donor records and staying flexible to center needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Comfort with handling donor information and basic health data.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
