Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Walker, MI is seeking a part‑time donor screener/phlebotomy support to join our team. You will greet donors, screen for eligibility, take donor vitals, and record results while ensuring safety and quality in all interactions.

We offer flexible 4–6 hour shifts, several days per week, with daily pay options. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, and evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
