Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener in Warren, MI. You will greet donors, screen, take vitals, and assist plasma center operations, with phlebotomy duties as needed. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes
• Work a variety of shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
