Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Holland, MI is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.
• Phlebotomy or blood collection exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Support center operations and suggest process improvements.
