Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy Assistant to join our team in Longmont, CO. You will greet donors, perform screen procedures, and support center operations with attention to safety and accuracy.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage. The role includes training, a starting hourly wage of $19.00, and a benefits package as part of a supportive BioLife team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
