Evening and weekend availability is required, with shifts typically 4–6 hours across 3+ days weekly. A high school diploma and comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs are expected, along with customer-facing experience to support compassionate patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk through the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
