Job summary

Takeda BioLife in Washington is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener who will perform phlebotomy and support center operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage; paid, interactive training is provided.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, maintain donor charts, use the Donor Information System, and help ensure safety and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• One or more years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
