Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. at BioLife Plasma Center in Warren, MI seeks a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit a busy life.

You will answer phones, screen donors, record vital signs, and use our Donor Information System to maintain donor data and coordinate compensation. Evening/weekend availability is expected. Reliability valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs rarely.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort using donor information systems and documenting donor data.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
