Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Chesapeake, VA is hiring for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist. Most shifts are 4–6 hours daily, 3+ days per week, with scheduling flexibility and advance notice of changes.

You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and coordinate donor compensation. Training is provided and evenings/weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Answer phones and greet donors with professionalism.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the system.
• Coordinate donor compensation.
