Job summary

BioLife is seeking a dedicated part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support at our Fresno center. You will greet donors, collect blood-derived plasma, and maintain donor records with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4 to 6 hours and 3+ days per week. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Phlebotomy knowledge or certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate donor records.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors to ensure a positive experience.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
