BioLife Plasma Center in Fresno, CA seeks a part-time donor screener to perform phlebotomy and support plasma operations. You will greet donors, collect essential health data, and ensure safety and quality during each donation.

Expect to work evenings, weekends and holidays with shifts 4–6 hours long. Training and licensing reimbursements are provided where applicable, contributing to a flexible schedule and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

• California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certification or license required
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• 1+ year customer-facing experience helpful
• Current state license or certification as CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT required or reimbursement if not held

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety and service quality
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
