Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Fresno, CA, seeks a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy assistant to support center operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety while providing excellent customer service.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays with shifts typically 4–6 hours. Licensing reimbursement is available if you do not hold a current license.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Certification/licensing in CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT required or eligible for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, process donor compensation and records.
• Identify process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
