BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Fresno, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist. Shifts run 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. Schedule details will be discussed in interview.

You will screen donors, take vital signs, and document in the Donor Information System, coordinating donor compensation and supporting center operations. CA CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT licenses are required or current in-state licensing.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Current CA Licenses: CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
