BioLife, part of Takeda, is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist in Fresno, CA. Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with scheduling discussed early in the interview process.

You will greet donors, screen them, perform phlebotomy under center protocols, and use the Donor Information System to maintain donor records and compensation details. Expect weekend and holiday coverage as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license or certification.
• 1+ year of experience in customer or patient-facing roles.
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
