Responsibilities

• Provide superior service by waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone
• Complete transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, etc.
• Assist with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes
• Utilize technology to assist customers with online banking and digital wallets
• Complete new account requests
• Promote products and services that fit our customer needs and improve the customer experience
