Qualifications

• Required - High School diploma or GED.
• Required - Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
• Preferred - One to Three years of banking experience.
• Preferred - One to Three years of Administrative or customer service experience.
• Preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller platform including verifying incoming cash, dispersing cash, and deposits/payments.
• Assist with end of day processing and check imaging for accuracy.
• Provide account information and respond to customer inquiries and transfers in accordance with bank policies.
• Open new deposit accounts and help customers access and manage their products and services.
• Promote bank products and services and build customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to act as liaison between customers and the bank.
