Responsibilities include timely payroll cycles, tax compliance, and liaison with HR, IT, and benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Workday experience required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years' payroll and customer service experience; without degree, 5+ years.
• Must have multi-state payroll experience.
• Ability to interpret payroll policies and resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience with payroll compliance across US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate payroll for hourly and salaried staff across US/Canada.
• Meet deadlines for weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly cycles while ensuring tax compliance.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex payroll inquiries.
• Reconcile data interfaces and manual entries from business units.
• Serve as liaison between SSC Payroll and HR, IT, and regional benefits teams.
• Handle personnel changes including salary updates, terminations, and promotions per SOP.
