Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Paycom and Workday.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll inputs accurately and on schedule.
• Respond to routine payroll inquiries from employees and internal partners.
• Verify benefit deduction changes in coordination with Human Resources.
• Perform standard payroll reconciliations prior to each pay run.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll audits and special reports as assigned by the Payroll Manager.
