The Part-time Payroll Processor supports the accurate, timely processing of Strategic Retail Partner's (SRP's) weekly payroll under the direction of the Payroll Manager. The role requires strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and dependable in-office collaboration two days per week with the remaining hours performed remotely.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll inputs accurately and on schedule, including hours, corrections, and updates.
• Respond to routine payroll inquiries from employees and internal partners, escalating complex issues to the Payroll Manager.
• Verify benefit deduction changes in coordination with Human Resources.
• Perform standard payroll reconciliations (hours, deductions, pay codes) prior to each pay run.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll audits and special reports as assigned by the Payroll Manager
